1. Services Provided
T.A.M Event Planning provides luxury event planning services, including but not limited to:

Corporate gatherings

Baby showers & gender reveals
All services are tailored to client needs and are subject to availability and consultation.
2. Booking & Payments

A consultation is required before confirming any service.

A signed agreement and deposit (percentage varies by service) are required to secure your event date.

Final payment is typically due 7–14 days before the event date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing.

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your client agreement.

Refunds for services already rendered (including consultations, vendor outreach, etc.) are not available.

Rescheduling due to emergencies will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Respect agreed timelines for decisions, payments, and vendor coordination.

Notify T.A.M of any changes in event details immediately.

Maintain a respectful and professional relationship with all vendors and team members.
5. Vendor Relationships
T.A.M Event Planning may recommend trusted vendors (e.g., caterers, florists, photographers). However, unless stated in writing, T.A.M is not liable for the performance, conduct, or outcomes of third-party vendors.
6. Liability Waiver
T.A.M Event Planning is not responsible for:

Acts of nature, venue restrictions, or unexpected disruptions

Personal injury, property loss, or damage during the event

Client’s failure to follow local laws, venue regulations, or health/safety protocols
7. Use of Photos & Content
With your permission, T.A.M may share professional photos or videos from your event on our website or social platforms for promotional purposes. Clients may opt out in writing.
8. Website Use
Visitors may browse our site and services. Any attempt to copy, misuse, or reproduce content (including logos, descriptions, or images) without written permission is prohibited.
9. Modifications
T.A.M reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services after updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of D.C., Maryland, Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
